2/11/2020 - Un lieu magique et authentique où l'on se ressource. L'hôtesse est une perle qui parle merveilleusement bien le français ce qui ne gâche rien quand on ne parle pas l'italien ! Si vous voulez faire une pause c'est l'endroit idéal.

Wir haben mit den Kindern 3 Nächte im August hier verbracht. Das Haus liegt abgeschieden entlang einer Schotterpiste, weit abseits der Hauptstraße. Ilaria ist eine ausgesprochen herzliche und sympatische Gastgeberin, die sich fürsorglich um alle Fragen und Anliegen sofort kümmert.Das 2-zimmer Appartment bietet viel Platz, alle Fenster sind mit dünnen Mückennetzen versehen, sodass man nachts problemlos bei geöffneten Fenstern schlafen kann. Die Küche ist eher zweckmäßig ausgestattet.Der Salzwasser-Pool ist das Highlight des kleinen Anwesens.Der nächste Ort Chianni ist 3km entfernt und mit dem Auto in wenigen Minuten erreichbar. Der idyllische Ortskern bietet kleine Restaurants und Bars und auch einen kleinen Krämerladen.

7/24/2018 - Un lieu situé près de beaucoup de villes historiques. Facilite le rayonnement vers, Volterra à 22km, Pise à 40, Livourne à 39, Florence à moins d'une heure de route. Il y a aussi San Giminiano (une pure merveille ), Lucca, etc...

To reserve you are requested to send the 30% of the total amount, as a confirmation deposit. You can make a reservation online by credit card or you can contact us if you prefer to send an international money transfer. Detailed bank information will be given when you ask for a reservation.
Cancellation Policy
- In the case of cancellation in the next 2 days after complete the reservation, 100% of the confirmation deposit paid will be returned to you (Avaibook costs [€1+2% for credit cards] cannot be refunded)
- In the case of cancellation within 30 days from the start of your stay, 50% of the confirmation deposit paid will be returned to you.
- In the case of cancellation within less than 30 days from the start of your stay, 100% of the confirmation deposit paid will be withheld.
- In the case of cancellation at less than 10 days from the start of your stay, you will be required to pay for the entire agreed amount excluding the cost for final cleaning, you will not utilize.
Please note that some “last minute” or others offers can have a not refound policy! This is always marked when you reserve!

By car: follow the Firenze-Pisa-Livorno super route (FI-PI-LI), up to Pontedera, then follow the signs to Casciana Terme and Chianni. 500 m. after the end of the village of Chianni, in the direction of Castellina Marittima, you will find on your left the sign “Agriturismo Pod. Lecceta”. Follow the dirt road for 1,5 km., on the top of a hill you will see two stone farmhouses, one at each side of the road. The Podere Lecceta is the one on the left, with red windows.
