The apartments
Podere Lecceta offers accommodation in 4 apartments for 2-6 persons, restored in a typical Tuscan style, with wooden beams, bricks floor, and traditional furniture. The”Scirocco” apartment is situated at the ground floor and wheelchair accessible. In each apartment you can find a fully equipped kitchen/living, one or two bedrooms, a bathroom with shower. The kitchen/livings are equipped with fridge-freezer, 4 burner gas cooker, oven (gas or electric), dishes, cups, glasses, pots and pans, baking tins, cutlery etc. In a few words every usual item for cooking and eating.
You can ask for free cot and baby bath-changing table. Please check availability on reservation. Look for details of each apartment, look at the pictures and choose, or ask for advice, indicating the adults’ number and children’s number and ages. Check for availability and prces with the form! If you are a large group, you can also rent the whole house. Please ask for availability and price!
The Borea apartment is located at the first floor. It is a one-bedroom apartment for 2 persons, about 50 square meters wide, with a private terrace of about 15 m2
It is composed by:
- 1 Bedroom with a “french” bed and single bed
- Fully equipped living/kitchen with sofa/bed
- Bathroom with shower
- Terrace furnished with table, chairs and umbrella
In this apartment 2 adults can be accommodated + a child up to 12 in an extra bed (with extra charge).

The Libeccio apartment is located at the first floor. It is a one-bedroom apartment for 3 persons, about 50 square meters wide.

- 1 Bedroom with a double bed and a single bed (or 3 single beds)
- Fully equipped living/kitchen with a sofa/bed
- Bathroom with shower

The Scirocco apartment is a comfortable one-bedroom apartment for 4 persons + a child up to 12 in an extra bed. It is located at the ground floor and wheelchair accessible.
It is about 55 square meters wide and composed by:
- Bedroom for 4 persons
- Fully equipped living/kitchen with double sofa/bed
- Bathroom with shower
The bedroom is very large and divided into 2 spaces by a stone arch with curtain.
It is possible to arrange:
- 1 double ad 2 singles beds or
- 2 doubles beds or
- 4 singles beds

The Mistral apartment is located at the first floor. It is a two-bedroom apartment for max 6 persons.

- 2 Bedrooms, for 3 persons each
- Fully equipped kitchen

In each room is possible to arrange:
- 1 double bed and 1 single bed or
- 3 singles beds

The price include:
- Comsuptions of Gas for kitchen, electricity, cold and warm water, etc.
- Linen with weekly change (bath towels and bed linen)
- Wi-fi free in the outdoor area (but not in the apartments)
- Use of the swimming pool (from June to September everyday opening h. 9-13; 15-20)
- Use of common outdoor and indoor area and equipments
- Free activity and touristic information on surroundings
- Baby’s supplies (cot, baby bath-changing table…)
The price does not include:
- € 35 per apartment for final cleaning (compulsory)
- Gas for heating: upon consomption € 4,5/m3
- Extra bed for children up to 12 years: € 70/week, € 15/night (available on “Borea”, “Libeccio” and “Scirocco” apartment).
- City Tax from 1/04/2018: € 1 /person/night for 5 nights. Children up to 12 years, disabled persons with an accompanist and others categories don’t need to pay. Please visit the official website of Chianni to find all informations

By air: the Pisa Airport is about 40 km, and the Florence Airport about 80 km. far. But then you will need a car to reach Podere Lecceta.
By car: follow the Firenze-Pisa-Livorno super route (FI-PI-LI), up to Pontedera, then follow the signs to Casciana Terme and Chianni. 500 m. after the end of the village of Chianni, in the direction of Castellina Marittima, you will find on your left the sign “Agriturismo Pod. Lecceta”. Follow the dirt road for 1,5 km., on the top of a hill you will see two stone farmhouses, one at each side of the road. The Podere Lecceta is the one on the left, with red windows.
